This Phone Consultation tier is best for healthy companions, life-stage planning, or mild, non-emergency health adjustments that can be safely managed with targeted, live-formulated whole-food strategies. Conditions and goals we safely address here include environmental and seasonal allergies (skin, itching, redness), weight management and obesity mitigation, minor or intermittent digestive sensitivities, basic food elimination strategies for suspected intolerances, preventative joint, mobility, and senior support, zinc-responsive dermatosis, and transitioning safely from commercial kibble to raw, cooked, or plant-enhanced fresh food.

No, a full veterinary record review is not required for this general consultation. If you have recent bloodwork or diagnostic notes for minor issues like seasonal allergies, you are welcome to paste them into your intake form, but formal veterinary coordination is reserved for our advanced clinical formulation tier.
Can we create a specific, fully balanced recipe during this phone call?
Yes, absolutely! For general wellness and minor health support, we can use our advanced formulation software to design and balance a custom recipe live with you on the call. You can tell me exactly what ingredients you have access to, and we can build a mathematically precise, NRC-compliant recipe around your specific sourcing abilities. Please note: live formulation is strictly reserved for general wellness, healthy dogs, and minor sensitivities. Complex medical conditions (such as kidney disease, IBD, or pancreatitis) require extensive, independent laboratory data reviews and cannot be done live on a phone call.
What happens if we discover my dog's health issue is more serious than I thought?
Your dog's safety is always my primary priority. If we begin our call and I recognize clinical indicators that point to a more serious pathology, I will gently let you know. We will pause the general advisory path and pivot, applying 100% of your consultation payment directly toward the Advanced Clinical Package so we can review veterinary data and treat your dog with appropriate clinical math.
Who is the follow-up consultation for?
Follow-up sessions are for existing clients who have already had an initial consultation and need continued guidance, refinement of a plan, or progress evaluation. If you are a new client, please book the Initial Consultation.
